Delivery: Purchased digital products (access credentials, links, or activation codes) are typically delivered electronically via email or WhatsApp within the promised timeframe (e.g., 6-24 hours) after successful payment confirmation. 1.3. Third-Party Services: You acknowledge that you are purchasing access to services provided by third parties. CidStore is not responsible for the functionality, availability, or content of those third-party services. 1.4. Account Use: You agree to use the provided access credentials or shared accounts strictly in accordance with the instructions provided by CidStore and the terms of the respective third-party provider. Misuse may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

2. Payments

2.1. Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. 2.2. 1. Digital Goods and Service Nature

Due to the nature of our products—which are digital access credentials or subscriptions delivered instantly or within a short timeframe (6-24 hours)—we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds, focusing primarily on product functionality and guaranteed access.

2. Eligibility for Replacement (Access Guarantee)

A product is eligible for a free replacement if it meets the following criteria:

  • Non-Functionality on Delivery: The access credentials provided fail to work immediately upon the first attempt to log in or activate the subscription. You must report this issue within 24 hours of receiving the credentials.
  • Failure During Guaranteed Period: The purchased access or subscription stops working prematurely (i.e., before the full guaranteed period has elapsed) due to technical failure originating from the provided access itself.

3. Eligibility for Refund (Service Failure)

A full refund will only be issued under these limited conditions:

  • Non-Delivery: If the purchased product (access credentials) has not been delivered to you via the contact method provided (email/WhatsApp) within the specified delivery window (e.g., 24 hours), and you decide to cancel the order.
  • Irreparable Failure: If an eligible replacement (as defined in Section 2) cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48 hours from the replacement request).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We generally do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: You simply change your mind after the purchase.
  • Misuse or Policy Violation: The account or access fails due to the user violating the terms and conditions of the third-party service provider (e.g., changing passwords, sharing accounts against policy) or violating CidStore’s terms.
  • Compatibility Issues: The customer fails to check system or device compatibility for the third-party service before purchase.
  • Inability to Access Third-Party Content: Issues related to the content library, features, or functionality of the third-party service itself (e.g., a streaming service removes a movie).

5. How to Initiate a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp or email (as listed on the website).
  2. Provide your Order Number, the name of the product, and a detailed explanation of the issue (including any relevant screenshots or error messages).
  3. Once the refund is approved amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 4-6 working days.

    Replacement will be done within 1-2 working days .

Important Note: The refund mechanism is designed to guarantee that the customer receives a working product for the duration purchased. Once the digital product is successfully delivered and confirmed as functional, the right to a refund is immediately waived, except in cases of subsequent service failure covered by our Policy.
